About me

My name is Jean Chantararaud, I'm 23 years old and I'm a personal trainer. Sports have always been an important part of my life and in 2015 I decided to move in Canada and I did my studies there for about three years.

Trainings

My training is based 100% on you and your goals. It will evolve week by week to make sure that it is optimal for you. 

We can emphasize weight loss, muscle gain or cardio. Of course, we can still do other types of training if you want such as stretching, heavy lifting,...

The program will be at least three months long with a minimum of two hours per week so to guarantee results.

There will be four steps in all my programs :

- A free meeting  to talk about your goals, the type of training and the frequency.

- A first session where I will assess your fitness level to know where we will start.

- Training sessions.

- At the end of the program, we will have another assessment session to see how much you have progressed.

Price

For two sessions per week             40€ / session

For three sessions per week          30€ / session

​

For four sessions per week            25€ / session

I can also do group lessons if wanted for at least three persons for 15€ / person.
